All charges for our community-based events are final and non-refundable.
By registering for the event, you acknowledge and agree that no refunds or credits will be issued for cancellations, no-shows, or any other reason.
In the unlikely event that we need to cancel the event, attendees will receive either a full refund or a credit that can be applied to one of our future events.
Additionally, attendees understand and consent that the event may be recorded, and video footage may be used for future marketing purposes.
By attending, you grant us permission to use your likeness in any promotional material without any compensation or further consent.
